I don't really know if this TTE700 RS3 is considered like a "New spot" but let it be. I spotted this beast in a parking lot of an apartment house in Petah Tikva.This is what basically "Stage 4" of The TheTurboEngineers looks like.700Hp to the wheels and now it's pushing even more. When the car had "only" 500Hp before TTe's treatment the owner of the car-Alexei Shavchenko,managed to push a time of 11.54 at the drag strip. Nowadays the car is stripped out at the back and from a video that I have seen it had quite a gap on a Mexico Blue Gt2Rs on a test run (;
