@ShaytonSky You really need to get a tripod and a nice Mobile Converter+Camera App. It can do wonders even with a phone!

the cheapest tripod i found on amazon after a quick search, quality won't be amazing but it'll do. And 11 dollars incl. shipping costs is quite affordable even on a very tight budget :)
nice find btw, I am really getting jealous that Budapest has such a continuous flow of supercars even in winter!
