Surprise from Belgium,a Ferrari that haven't been spotted yet!Every other car from Belgium/Netherlands that I've seen has been spotted already in it's home country,which is expected,unlike this gorgeous red California which haven't.Also California just happened to be most popular Ferrari on highway,and I wonder why...
