@tiemstcars doesn't matter, you're not going to be able enter it anyway (maximum security). He probobaly know someone who lives there, that let him in.

I once tried to ask one security guard to go with me, just to look, not for pictures. Unfortunately, I had bad luck - the one I asked turned out to be the security chief...
He recommended me to go to the Casino Square but to "keep far from the cars of this garage". "That would be best for you" - he said.
So actually the security is strict. Moreover, I spent ~30 minutes on the street, looking for anyone living there to let me in. I didn't succeed but in the meantime I've seen security patrols going in and out of the parking 4 times...
And the author of this spot keeps silent about how did he manage.
