SPOT #900 - Well I usually don't do anniversary spot but this beater Gallardo is an exception I think...After being a carspotter for so many years I finally managed to DRIVE a supercar for the first time. I rented this LP550-2 with 110k kilometres on the odometer for only $150 and drove it for a day. At low speed the car feels stiff and the steering wheel is heavy, due to the car's crappy condition the car also makes some rattling noises at high speed. The AMT transmission is also pretty uncomfortable in traffic but not so bad when you're driving normally. Due to the car being a RWD it does not have a lot of grip and sometimes you will feel the oversteer of the rear wheel when you hit the throttle hard and it's terrifying. Glad I didn't die in this thing. But afterall the driving experience is engaging, the car is savage, incredibly loud and feels super fun. When I first started carspotting I could get pretty upset if I miss a Gallardo. IG: star080_sp
