You've never been in Monaco I guess? Its so, its completely random. Every time you will make a picture a lot of people are posing. Besides that, if a car drives people walk through the photo. Then I will choose a thumbnail for the views. And there are a lot of guys on the platform soo... yeah thats it mate.
Hopefully now you can understand. And stop with 'trial' by media on Instagram, such an stupid action.
