Very weird, and a waste for such great cars. No idea why they are abandoned? What does ''Bérelt Hely'' mean?

Bérelt hely means reserved place.. Somebody pays for the place and stays there every time. You know what I mean. Only the owner is allowed to park at that place.
I don t know who is the owner or why he doesnt use the cars. The Aston stands in one place for min. 2-3 Years.
