I didn't spot some normal spot for ages, but I see in Serbia, Croatia, Italy, Austria and some other countries that cars who came there have vignette on front window ( this is the sticker you need to buy to use Slovenian highway roads) soo they had to pass Slovenia some how, but how the hell I didn't see it in Ljubljana? Well I found answer, they passed it and decided to not stop here, so I went to highway and start spotting there and surprise surprise I found some spots who were just passing haha (In this case it was not tourist but you get my point...)
